Use of the service

You may use BloxxControl only for lawful purposes and only on computers that you own, administer, or have clear permission to manage.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Device management

BloxxControl is intended to help block or limit access to selected websites, apps, services, and categories on managed computers.

You are responsible for installing, configuring, updating, and removing the agent in accordance with your local laws, school policies, household rules, and device ownership rights.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and billing interval shown at checkout.

Unless cancelled before renewal, subscriptions may renew automatically. You can manage billing through the account dashboard or the billing portal when available.

No guarantee of complete blocking

Blocking technology is not perfect. Services change domains, apps update behavior, networks vary, and users may attempt workarounds.

BloxxControl is provided as a control and accountability tool, not as a guarantee that every unwanted connection or behavior will always be blocked.

Acceptable conduct

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to monitor or control devices without permission.

Service changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves, including block categories, installers, supported platforms, pricing, and integrations.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or device availability.
