End User License Agreement

License grant

Subject to this EULA and the Terms and Conditions, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use BloxxControl for lawful device management.

This license is for computers you own, administer, or have clear permission to manage. It does not transfer ownership of the software or service to you.

Account and authorization

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for confirming that each managed device and user is subject to your lawful authority, household role, school policy, employment policy, or other valid permission.

Permitted use

You may use BloxxControl to configure blocking rules, manage devices, retrieve installers, receive operational notices, and administer account settings.

You may not use the software to secretly monitor, control, disrupt, or restrict devices without proper authorization.

Restrictions

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, reverse engineer, bypass technical protections, abuse service endpoints, or use the software to violate law or third-party rights.

You may not interfere with the availability, integrity, or security of the service or attempt unauthorized access to other accounts, devices, systems, or data.

Updates and connectivity

The software may contact our servers for authentication, policy retrieval, rule updates, version checks, notifications, billing status, and operational telemetry needed to provide the service.

We may update, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue software components as the product evolves.

Promotional email consent

During signup, you may optionally consent to marketing and promotional emails at the account email address. You can unsubscribe from promotional messages where required by law or through the unsubscribe method included in those messages.

We may still send transactional or service-related emails that are necessary to operate your account, billing, security, or device management features.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this EULA, misuse the service, create security risk, fail to pay required fees, or use the software outside authorized purposes.

When your license or subscription ends, you are responsible for removing installed agents from managed devices unless the product provides an automated removal path.

Disclaimers

The software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Blocking and device-control behavior can vary by operating system, network, browser, domain changes, local permissions, and user workarounds.
